Fırat Engin is a contemporary artist whose practice is driven by tensions between memory, material, and socio-political rupture. Working across sculpture, installation, and light-based media, he constructs fragile yet persistent forms that challenge stability, permanence, and authority.

Using materials such as neon, metal, and organic remnants, Engin reconfigures objects into structures that carry traces of transformation and collective forgetting. His works do not seek to represent reality, but to destabilize it—opening spaces where visibility and absence coexist.

Rather than offering resolution, his practice insists on tension, positioning form as a site of negotiation between personal memory and historical narratives.
